I've always believed that a happy and comfortable stylist with quality of life will always produce a better result than one that is overworked, burnt out, and unmotivated. Here at Luna Beauty Studio, I've been able to create a space where I am constantly inspired, and where my clients can come to relax and feel good about themselves.
I am passionate about what I do and the art of transformation. I am a feminist that believes in inclusivity with a love for animals and plants. Just wait until you see all my plant babies in the studio!

Throughout my 9 year journey in the beauty industry I've fallen in love with the art of transformation. Whether its a color correction or a full glam makeup look for your big day, I truly enjoy being a part of my client's seasons and milestones. I'm proud to bring Luna Beauty Studio, an all-inclusive space, to Glen Cove, where I get to do what I love every day.

With over 7 years of experience crafting stunning looks, Maritza's passion for hair styling was ignited by the long, flowing hair of the women of El Salvador. Her journey in the industry has been marked by a dedication to perfecting both traditional highlights and the artistry of balayage, ensuring every client leaves with a personalized touch of beauty.
Her expertise extends beyond technique; her warm demeanor and love for children, inspired by her cherished niece and nephew, create a welcoming atmosphere for clients of all ages. Specializing in long haircuts, Maritza tailors each style to reflect her client's individuality.
